Age and Legal Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older to use the ak99 platform.
• You must be accessing from a region where online gaming is legally permitted.
• We reserve the right to block access from any restricted region.

Individual Account Policy

• Each person may only open one account. Any duplicate second account will be removed.
• You must register using your real personal information. False details will result in a ban.

Account Registration Requirements

Account Suspension and Closure

Deposit Methods

We accept the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Deposits can only be made in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks
• We do not charge any fees for deposits — however, fees charged by payment providers may apply.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours (Myanmar Standard Time — MMT)
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see bonus policy).
• You must cooperate with the support team when requested to submit verification documents.

Withdrawal Delays

We may place a withdrawal on hold when a review is needed—

• First-time withdrawal — identity verification may be required
• Large withdrawal amounts — a security check will be carried out

Welcome Bonus

Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal—

• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 20
• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks
• Example 2: 620,000 Ks deposited → bonus 300,000 Ks (maximum) → balance 920,000 Ks → wagering 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks
• The bonus amount can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own separate promotion terms and conditions.
• If deliberate bonus exploitation is detected, the bonus and any winnings obtained from it will be voided.
• Bonus offers will expire when their designated period ends.
• We reserve the right to change or cancel bonus offers without prior notice.

Refer a Friend Program

The referrer will receive 10% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus (maximum 30,000 Ks per person). In addition, the referrer will receive a weekly commission of 0.2% of the referred players' valid betting amount.

VIP Tier Cashback

The ak99 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback rates are—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier will increase based on play frequency and consistency.

Game Fairness

Games on the ak99 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to give every player an equal chance. We always prioritize fair play.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions will result in account suspension and balances may be frozen—

• Attempting to modify gaming or game software
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Collusion between players

• Playing for money laundering purposes

Football Betting Policy

Bets placed in the football betting section cannot be changed or cancelled — except before the match begins. Players must read the rules of the competitions and bet types they wager on carefully.
